Carol is a native of rural Sullivan, Illinois, with world-wide interests.
In 1994 she co-founded Global Outreach, a nonprofit international youth exchange organization that offers agricultural internships and homestays to students from the United States and over 15 countries.
In 2000 she joined Chicago's Financial Research and Advisory Committee (since renamed the Civic Consulting Alliance), a nonprofit organization providing strategic management consulting to city government agencies.
In 2002 she returned to Sullivan to work as an organizational consultant and technology advisor.
Carol has an MBA in Public and Nonprofit Management from Boston University and a BA in Sociology from Yale University.
A particle physicist by education and a computer programmer by passion, Andrea has spent four years as a guest scientist studying the top quark with the CDF experiment at Fermilab and six years solving interesting IT problems with SEI Information Technology in Chicago before escaping to the country and founding Ganzerìa.
Andrea has a MS in Physics from La Sapienza in Rome, Italy, and a BA in Philosophy and Theology from the Pontificia Universitas Gregoriana.
